Kerscott Garden Cottages have been carefully converted from traditional stone and cob farm buildings and stand within the enclosed walled former farmyard, now laid down to grass, gravel and shrubs. Visitors are invited to enjoy and relax in our fifteen acres of gardens, meadow and woodland.
The cottages both sleep four, and feature exposed beams and open fires. Although adjacent they are separated by a high hedge of shrubs and honeysuckle, with each cottage overlooking its own courtyard with private parking, garden furniture and built in barbecue. There are views to the garden and fields beyond.

The Stables is marginally larger of the two in floor space, featuring a high beamed ceiling in the sitting room with dining area. Two bedrooms, one double and one twin bedded. There is a newly fitted bathroom / WC with over bath shower. This cottage has also been refitted with a new kitchen. The Games Room has table tennis, darts and deck chairs for those sunny days.

The Shippon has a double bedroom with beamed ceiling and a twin bedded room at either end of the cottage. The modern fitted kitchen with dining area opens into the comfortable sitting room. Bathroom / WC with over bath shower.

electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, colour TV, stereo, radio, electric blankets, tumble dryer in Games Room.
Cots (please bring cot linen) and highchairs are available.
Linen and towels (including tea towels and kitchen towels) are provided.
